Why are the things like CCTV was working coming out only after almost 2 months of the nightmare?

Everything is extremely weird and the “news” and the “secrets” that come out everyday is disturbing!!

My only hope and wish is that his family is able to withstand all these and eventually get a proper closure for their son and brother no matter what that would be!!

According to Pithani, the fan was slightly offside and not exactly at the centre of his bed. Apparently his feet were at the side of the bed, his ankles were in the air and his toes were touching the ground.

So that means he could have leveraged the bed or his toes to prevent strangulation.

Can't say I'm fully convinced - this is stretching the limits of my belief.

For me it was a lack of suicide note. That was the ONLY reason my suspicion arose. Then all this inclined hanging, Disha's death, SSR's family's complaint in Feb, etc came in later to confirm my suspicions every passing day....

Even if the Bihar Governor has handed over the case to CBI, the Maharashtra Government still needs to give approval for the CBI to start investigation. Only if Maharashtra Government gives territorial jurisdiction consent for CBI, the agency can enter Maharashtra and probe this case. Most likely, this will not happen, because they don't have a legal basis.

It's only the Supreme Court that can bypass the Maharashtra Government and hand over the case to CBI. If that happens, the Mumbai Police will have no choice but to cooperate.

I am kinda convinced about it being a murder.

1. Lack of suicide note as someone pointed out. If it were suicide, and knowing how Rhea would be perceived as a gold digger, one would definitely want to clear his girlfriend's name from it if she wasn't behind his suicide.

2. The small fan bearing so much of weight. Impossible.

3. Now that I was forced to see the pictures of his body, the missing obvious symptoms/gestures related to the eyes and tongue. This doesn't leave any doubt.

4. Mumbai police's constant shoddy behaviour kinda affirmed it.

I don’t care what ulterior motive Arnab has but he is after this case like a hawk and I am loving it.

All Brothers and sisters in every household do have their share of fights.. and they sort it b/w themselves and have each other backs..

I won’t believe this new theory that SSR’s sister did anything to Rhea.. but yes, I do believe that it was Rhea who drove a wedge b/w SSR and his family..

I always felt that the lack of suicide note indicated that Sushant had indeed committed suicide due to depression / own free will. If someone had pushed him towards taking his own life (by blackmailing him) he would surely have written a last note / an email to someone in authority, so that his culprits are brought to book.

But then again, there were several people present in the flat before the police or even Sushant's sister came in. So there is always a chance that there was a suicide note and it vanished before anyone could see it.

was his knees broken, there are reports that say his knee was broken, if that is indeed the case then wouldn't the cops want to know how it happened.

I'm not believing the suicide theory at all. The way Mumbai police has gaslighted this case and led everyone on a merry go chase, there has to be reason behind it. Too many things don't add up, too many coincidences and too many liars.

Now CBI really needs to come in. Period!. It seems that a lot of people have betrayed him. Sandip definitely told his plans to Disha killer and killed him.

About him believing Rhea's accusation, i know black magic can be done through food too, i have seen that happening in work place and in some families too. How people who was adamant about someone suddenly changes their view.

Yet to watch Pattani interview, but from the comments it seems that he changed his statement again from Rhea saying "Im just a phone call away, whenever you need me, I'll come back" to "Rhea in the room and do not want to speak to anyone"
