Celebrities get embroiled in so many controversies and troubles and they reach out to the Police informally for a solution and Mumbai Police is doing 'sarkari protocol' whataboutery here.

Also why did the oh so honest Mumbai Police not tell the media that the family had indeed reached out to them and they had blamed Rhea . Whatever press release they put out yesterday , why was it not spoken about 40 days before ??? Why were we kept in dark about it?

The above is the judgement of the Delhi High Court regarding "missing person" FIR can be lodged through WhatsApp. I am not a lawyer I just go by what I read so I can be wrong here but it nowhere states that you can lodge all complaints via WhatsApp. As far as I know SSR was not missing, the complaint was about he being in bad company. What was police even suppose to do? Tell an adult above 34 years age to stay away from his girl friend cause your family don't like it?

I don't understand, why they could not directly lodged FIR? It was in Feb so there was no lockdown. If they did not have substantial proof to lodge FIR then that is a different issue.

I am not giving Mumbai Police clean chit. No one is saint here specially the system. I am just going by my own understanding and logic. I may be proved wrong going further but I am not going to vilify anyone on just media trials or someone's perception.

I know you are a fan and completely understand what you must be going through. I, as a third person would never understand your loss but I will still stand by "Innocent until proven guilty".

However, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande does not believe so. Ankita has openly denied such things and said that a person like Sushant can never go into depression.

As he said, those Bollywood people who actually have influence don't need to blame anybody or take sides, they just need to extend/show their support to encourage a thorough investigation of Sushant's demise.
