His family contacted police through their relative but didn't file an FIR, The question is if his life was in danger then they had 2 months to take him back home, why didn't they take a step?

after Rhea left on June 8, what stopped them from taking him home after this?

Finally, someone with an actual spine who dared speaking about cowardice.

As he said, those Bollywood people who actually have influence don't need to blame anybody or take sides, they just need to extend/show their support to encourage a thorough investigation of Sushant's demise.

@ all the people saying FIR wasn't filed.

This is bullshit !!! I’ve worked with cops a lot and they actively respond to even phone complaints, whatsapp etc. to deal with general domestic issues, law and order issues they don’t prefer filing a FIR as their work increases, so they go to someone’s home and inquire if any help is needed, ask people etc. go to a police station any given day and there are random people sitting there being questioned on complaints not supported by an FIR. Insisting on a FIR for a request like this - just to check on well being of someone as they would be under threat, is probably just a reason to sensationalise or drown the issue. Police should answer why they found it acceptable to not use their powers under CRPC to look into this issue further. Why they found it fine to ignore. Is this how safe people are in Mumbai?

They know since the person is famous the family will not lodge an FIR without his consent as the matter will also become a public spectacle. Really disappointing to see this side of Mumbai Police. Police needs to stop reporting to politicians! It’s become embarrassing now
