Why hasn't M.Police arrested Rhea ?

Has she been normal citizen she would have been behind the bars by now.

The FIR against her is lodged with Bihar Police and not Mumbai Police. Bihar police has no plans to arrest her. They said they will question her as and when they need to. If I remember correctly they also said she is not absconding. Basically nobody plans to arrest her as of now. An FIR is not enough to make arrests they need more proofs for that.

FYI: Rhea is available only to the Mumbai Police and is not available for the Bihar Police for questioning.

Her lawyer has issued a statement today saying that she is very much around and/ but refuses to meet with Bihar police.

One thing is certain Mumbai Police is definitely hiding someone or something. Now that this has become a political issue, one may never ever see this case be solved.
