nope I had lecture with both and both said a psychologist can not prescribe meds he or she can only do counselling only a psychiatrist can prescribe meds.

I don't think anyone is getting any pleasure out of not believing this to be suicide. Even though I am not his family, not a friend - not even someone who has even met him for that matter but this feels personal. This loss feels personal and this whole thing is just disturbing. People are not quite ready to believe this to be a suicide because there are apparent and visible doubts, loopholes, and things that have left the possibility of it not being a suicide and the possibility cannot be neglected because there are valid dots, though separated and hidden now, that might connect to form something else.
