I have read a lot about investigations and what the police did in 84. Again no country is perfect. Each has their own flaws. But I wouldn't trust a police with clear conflicts of interest. The news channels have been trying to back things up with a lot more evidence than the police. Who just stated it was suicide after 15 minutes of investigation.

Man, MuPo has been doing some really shady things brazenly in the past couple of months. It's kind of obvious that none of the police departments are perfect(far from it actually) but the way MuPo has been handling even the cases where all the spotlight was on them is just so disheartening. The Palghar lynching case, the way Arnab Goswami was interrogated( I abhor his theatrics but I don't think it required the 10-11 hrs interrogation which followed) and now this case. Matlab thoda toh lihaaz karo.

Meme police did nothing themselves for one and half month and now they are stopping Bihar police from doing investigation.

Why is the Mumbai police behaving like goons ? This is extremely concerning and problematic
