I think Prerna will jump in to save Sneha pehle, phir enter karega Rishabh, everyone will be in panic mode, gathering what went wrong, without thinking kuch bhi Rishabh might jump in to save Prerna and Sneha.. See like maybe creating a parallel as Prerna and RB could not save Sneha from fire right in the past, but here Rishabh will save both of them.. They will take care of Sneha first, uske baad the marham scene might follow, jahaan Rishabh applying medicine on Prerna's wounds and Prerna applying ointment on Rishabh's wounds!! 😎
