SSR fans could never accept that he was an average actor. Drive was bad. Dil Bechara was another bad movie. It would have flopped terribly if released in theaters.

How do you know this actually happened? No one except Dharma and Sushant's team would know why and how Drive released on OTT.

Besides, this doesn't even seem believable because if Karan thought Sushant was a flop actor after Dhoni, why did he sign him for Drive? If releasing on OTT is so bad, then why is he releasing Janhvi's Gunjan Saxena on Netflix? Most of his other films are coming in theaters later so he could've waited if he wanted. Dharma is making business decisions according to what they see is best for them.
