Also his father can relocate to Mumbai till the time. Sushant anyway has a house there.

Yeah he should. He should do everything because apparently it's them who r accused. Mumbai police was warned by the family on Feb, they did nothing. Sushant was in a mess that's is y they took the legal way.

Also, Mumbai Police can hand over the case with all the details to any other Police station as per jurisdiction. It's The police's Job to do however they will do.

Mumbai police is only interested in dragging Big Production house and as per the advocate have pressured the family also to name big PH. Y will they or anyone trust such Police.

It's always on the accused to prove themself Innocent. She should have been arrested yesterday itself before her Lawyer Came out of her house with A BIG suitcase. And I m sure she wasn't carrying Rheas cloth of their fees in that. Nothing will come out now even if her house is checked

Why did she asked for CBI? Because Mumbai police cant do the job right, now what happened ?

Wellllll Being the devil's advocate here, she can point to the fact that SSR family has clout and influence at Patna police plus one of their own family members work there so more chance for a bias investigation from there end too.

Makes sense from her perspective. Also jurisdiction comes to play. The incident happened in Mumbai.

The best case scenario is for the CBI to take over the case.

Case is already being investigated by Mumbai police. And doesn't matter where he is. He is not required for investigation.

my question is........if Bollywood and Mum Police are in cahoots, then why were they forcing SSR's father to name a few big PH's in his case ??

Sushant lived in Mumbai. His death occurred in Mumbai. The investigation will have to take place in Mumbai because that's where everyone else is including Rhea, the Bhatts and whichever actors and directors they want to question. Mumbai is the correct jurisdiction so what would be the purpose of involving the Bihar police who have absolutely nothing to do with anything?

If a crime happens in India, would the Canadian police be brought in to investigate instead of the Indian one? Please.

The family did give fair chance to the mumbai police and waited a month or so and saw people making circus out of their misery.

I agree , best scenario will be cbi if at all this is stretched that far.

But if there is no crime involved, it's difficult to PLANT evidences to frame someone, that too from distant. So what would SSR's family's tie-ups in Bihar help them in this case investigation if there was no backup evidences to put their claims in ?

Whereas, it's always easy for the accused party to alter the evidences, influence the local police to botch up an investigation, because COVERING up is what needs manipulation, power and presence, conducting an investigation doesn't.
