He had nothing to lose anymore) and it took his life for everyone to start noticing what was being done to him. The blinds were there for everyone to see..people mocked, judged, made fun. Plus, if what the family is saying is true then the turmoil in his personal life where everything was being managed by someone else. The lowest part was threatening to out his medical details. I really don't want it to be true because I cannot even imagine the pain it must have caused him. For an already fragile man whose reputation is in shambles because of something, he didn't even do to be threatened like that. Had I been in his place, even I would have felt my world ending and closing in on me. Mental harassment is no less than physically harming somebody. In fact, it's even worse in my opinion because at least you stop feeling anything once you are physically dead. Here, you die bit by bit every day. A slow and torturous death. The worst kind.

The fact that the family has hired a solid and top lawyer of not less than the supreme court makes me think they have thought this through. They took their time and have hired the best services to get justice for their baby. However, I do agree with the others that abetment to suicide is extremely difficult to prove. The cases drag on and don't really find a proper conclusion and the accused usually go scot free. Having said that, Rhea and family have also been charged under breach of trust, fraud and several other sections. If they can prove it with clinching evidence which is possible, then there is hope. I hope no innocent will be punished and the guilty will be taken to task.

@ bold

me too 😭 I dont give to cents to how she was as a person but i dont want to imagine the extent of pain he must have sone through if at all she threatened him with those reports when he was actually emotionally counting on her 💔 How much dead one has to be from inside to pull this off?

I really hope this is not true. Not for her, but for myself. I am already hurting so much for sushant and his family. And yesterday's FIR has filled me with so much of rage for certain someone.

It certainly doesnt look like random allegations. They are all well thought off , investigated and then put forward. And i agree if these are true, they will be next to impossible to prove it.

If this piece of news is true, my hutch that the police is bidding their time until they can safely close the case and call it a suicide is right.

This particular point pisses me off more than anything else.

Rea, Bhats etc. potentially have blood on their hands, no one denies that. What's unacceptable is when the police forces installed by the State to investigate complaints refuses to do their job. I can't imagine how helpless his family must have felt when they were turned away in feb.

Words can't describe how angry I feel.

Im glad their family at least tried to make a complaint. There's implicating evidence that they knew something was wrong.

And I feel extremely sad for the old father , who has to now probably spend his old days in getting justice for his son. Fight the most powerful people. A son who died so young. No father/parents should go through this.

And some people here were questioning the responsibility they held as a family. 😵

I trust this dignified family. They must have a copy of tht FIR for proof. On the contrary, Police is not worthy of any respect or trust after their shoddy investigation. Even a layman can see the gaping loopholes in this case which Mumbai police keeps ignoring. I won’t be surprised if they have been doin lunch/tea sessions with BW in the name of interrogation. Hope justice prevails soon and every single person directly or indirectly involved in his demise gets punished!

The police is clearly biding time and why would they ask the family to name big 5 production houses.

1: Either so that its deviated to protect some powerful people

2: So that when the case is closed citing suicide etc, these production houses can later file defamation cases.

Mostly sinister plots. these things happen in movies, never imagined such plots can happen in real life.

Get the CBI in, that's the only way

Depression is such that one always hate and even avoid communicate own family, she stood by him during crisis. Lets a psychiatry decide what is circumstances rather then his family.

@bold if standing by him meant taking all his money, let her family pile on n criminally being involved in his death. Yeah sure. She did stand like a rock...only to wither away n run now when she is being summoned by someone other than Mumbai police

This. You will still see people questioning the family’s motive and choice/ path here. I actually read a post where it was written are we just going by what Sushant’s dad has to say? You are damn right we are.

Money matter is other thing but they are accusing her for consulting doctor for depression and schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is not some simple thing instead her they should be with him if he indeed digonised such. Now they are blaming her to consult doctor.
