damini is his birth mother...mayank and nakul are twins

Yes, I think Ganga saved Damini when they were both pregnant and Ganga lost her baby so Damini gave her Nakul 😳

Nakul is daminis real son but she gave him to ganga as ganga had no child.

Nakul's biological mother is Damini....but Nakul got motherly LOVE from both Ganga, and even Tripti (according to my opinion since how much bad Tripti is, i think Tripti always gave nakl love like a mother....)
