Okay maine yeh try nahin kiya hain but i have heard good reviews. Use rice water for your hair.
And I think it was called an Ayurvedic head massage which had all these points in your head which promoted hair growth and stuff. I tried for a few days doing it daily but my hair got really tangled after the massage and I got lazy so I stopped. Thinking to start it again.
There is this thing called balayam or something which helps promote hair growth. Your are suppose to rub your nails together. Havenāt tried but will start tomorrow.
And as you can see, I do research a lot about hair care š³

Yep sarso ka tel is best for hair but sudh sarso tel is hard to found in metro cities. š
I can do anything for good hair.I just want my thick hair back š. I guess I just have to take time and find the pure form of sarson ka tel. Or I can just use the ones in the stores. Idk, me confused as heck.
