Jackie Shroff in his Tridev-Parinda days was something else. Moustache + swag. The man could even carry off a bandhani duppatta without looking ridiculous. Baby Tiger has miles to go.

Me too. Aamir's character was very insecure,immature and very much a teenager's first crush. Jackie on the other hand was confident and classy and very much a man. Very reserved (not many people knew about his first tragic love story) and kept all the filmi suckups at a distance. No bitching about the original heroine even when she and her mother wasted a day's shoot. And no whining or dirty tricks when it became clear that Urmila preferred Aamir. He was proud enough that he didn't want her pity.Plus he was nice enough to drive Urmila all through the night to bring her to her true love.
