Anushka and Kukki are together, Kaushik comes to Anushka and praises her n professes his liking for her , Anushka is floored and overwhelmed . Kaushik insults Kukki and Praises Anushka to the skies .Kukki feels rejection and she tries to talk to Kaushik but he ignores her, insults her, asks her to try again, he walks away , wishing Kukki better kuch next time . Anushka is in dream land while Kukki is furious with Kaushik,
Kaushik is having fun at the expense of Anushka n Kukki . He irks Kukki further by asking her to hold Anushka’s flower while he enjoys a dance with Anushka .
BG song plays “maskari maskari....” as Kaushik Anushka dance tog apparently enjoying them selves while Kukki watches them n seethes in anger . Later Kaushik tries to irk Kukki all the more , he taunts her for feeling bad at his rejection. He praises Anushk all the more n points to her shortcomings much to her dismay . Anushka is affected by his closeness n walks away . Kaushik smiles at the affect he has on Kukki .
Moh agrees with Niv’s ideas n assures if her help , because this is the matter of Mih’s prestige , if that middle class girl could trap Baj then her daughter Niv could do a better job . Vee ‘s kuch could never be better than Moh. She tells Niv that her divorce happened for the good reasons, she deserved the best and it was Bajju. Niv wa s beautiful, powerful, successful, rich, advises her to try n attract Bajju’s attention .
Baj asks Pre to join the party As it was time, she was waiting for Anu to join the party, Baj says even he was waiting for him but it seemed Anu was not going to land up .It was time for the slide show on Basu City and Bajaj city . Kom has a face off with Kukki n Anushka .
Pre declares her plans n ideas about Bajaja city , the low rate sn attractive offers .
Baj gives her the credits for Baja city , Pre in turn thanks Bajju and praises him for encouragement n support , gives him the credits . Moh points to Niv how Pre was impressing Bajju , asks Niv to learn the tricks . Niv tells Moh how
Kom tells Pre that this party was not for her success but for insulting n troubling Basu family . Kom questions Premfor signing the hospital form as Anu’s wife, Pre says She was having fun. Kom warns her not to trouble Kom , it was for her own good , she also warns her against price drop that she was planning , this would lead to losses to both Baja n Basu .
Kom says she was giving her enemy a chance , she threatens Pre not to fly so high, today all were praising her and her achievements but after every night comes a new morning and she warns that Pre might face her downfall . Pre asks Kom to keep her advise to herself, she had not invited Komo to hear her lectures, and Pre was not going to pay any heed to Komolika’s advises . And she assures every new morning would bring Pre’s happiness n success.
Niv tells Moh how Kom was talking to Pre , she must he threatening her .
last few mins
Pre cuts the cake amidst cheering , clapping and laughter of friends. Guests n Sharma family members . Bajaj feeds her a piece of cake , Kukki watches them lovingly . Moh whispers to Niv that they were displaying affection, asks Niv to concentrate on her target >Bajaj . Niv agrees . Komo says she was sure BajPre were not husband wife .

Kom tells Moh that she had got clues that Baj Pre were not husband wife , Moh is shocked , she declares to Moh that she will shake the foundations below Prerna’s feet and throw her off , if what she suspected was true . Baja over hears KoMo conversation. He holds Pre by her waist and tries to fake closeness . Pre is upset and she confronts Baj for his acts .
Baj then explains that there was a reason

Next scene shows BajPre holding hands n doing PDA ..much to Komo’s surprise
Niv tells Moh that the amount of love between BajPre was more than any ordinary couple . They were very much in love . Moh watches the two in disbelief .
