Similarities between Karan Johar and Kangana?

Is it only me or does the two of them comes across as similar - phony, petty, power-hungry and manipulative on opposite ends of the spectrum?

Though on the surface they might come across as very different, dig deeper and the ugly similarities get exposed. BOTH of them are obsessed with power. BOTH are into furthering their personal agendas at any cost. BOTH want to rule Bollywood in their respective positions. BOTH are into labelling others who are not as successful. BOTH come across as extremely insecure and petty.
