It depends on what the matter was. I don't know all the details, but I think he had some major problems with Vijay and Vijay wasn't helping him (at least from what Omni and gang said). So it caused him and his gang to get frustrated and then fight. I don't know how much of it is true. But that's what I was aware of at that time and even to date.

I mean at the end of the day a CEO can be wrong as well. Where I work, our CEO is always saying it - tell me when I'm wrong, argue with me, disagree with me. It helps the company get better. And I've seen it. People who are considered cogs in a machine have argued with him and brought about change.
