The scene where he's on the cycle under the scorching heat, wiping his sweat and suddenly hits a car before all his hard-earned money falls in cotton makes me cry every single time. The way he looks for every single rupee. And the Cambridge letter scene makes my heart physically ache.
And his acting in that last scene ❤ I'm so glad he got considered by Academy through this performance alongside Jodhaa Akbar. He was fabulous (and very underrated)
I can't believe he did not win a FF for his performance in this. 🤢 Wasn't this the year where Gully Boy took all the awards?
