I heard TV shows white washed Karna? Means in reality, he was not that good! And as we hadn't read the real Mahabharat, we have softcorner for him? As a curiosity, I read many questions in quora & most of them see him in a bad light. Like he wanted Bramhashasra only to kill Arjun...is it?
I agree partly on this. Also second with what Lavy said. The TV world cleverly hid the faults and showed his strengths and the disadvantages he faced over his more 'pure' brothers.
That being said, Karna in spite of being the best of the lot in terms of the larger scheme of things sealed his karma in making the wrong choices.
But I feel that's the reason why his story appears to be so realistic and genuine in today's world. Something to feel for.
His whole life was in turmoil yet he was expected to make a rational decision in the end. I think that's what makes one empathize with him a bit more.

Yes!!! It's a feel good serial packed with everything a brilliant show requires! The characters, the setting, the writing is more than fine and perfect!
Can't seem to get enough of it

Draupadi too had realised it, before dying she prayed that in their next life Bheem gets to be the eldest one! He was the only one wanting to stand up and protect Draupadi during the cheerharan but atlast had to bow down because of Yudhishthir. He went to kill Kichaka only for Draupadi! He is my fav Pandava...
Yes even I've read in stories that Bheem was the only one genuinely in love with Draupadi.
