I don't know but Subhadra was untouched and she could have said no to marrying Arjuna because she was in Dwaraka and her brothers stopped Arjuna before he could go to IP. It was more like arranged marriage than rape as people were trying to prove

All girls were young including Draupadi and Uttara

Did they ask Draupadi if she wanted to marry 5 Pandavas? It is about her consent

Who asked Uttara if she wanted to marry Abhimanyu?

After abduction a girl can't say no. Abduction meant marriage (Rakshas Vivah) you didn't need to touch or do something else for the marriage. The marriage of Subhadra and Arjun by rituals was like a second marriage of theirs with each other, just like an eyewash.

The major point here is that Subhadra wasn't of marriageable age. Maybe if they had a son 2 years after marriage, I would have been fine, but within a year after Abduction (when the girl would still be in PTSD) isn't at all normal for me

Uttara Abhimanyu was completely arranged marriage, but Draupadi n Subhadra it wasn't so

A girl couldn't say "No" regardless of the type of marriage, because people back then didn't ask them. Completely arranged marriage didn't involve consent of Uttara because they didn't ask her. Even in Swayamvar, the winner of archery or other contest wins, not the one who wins heart of the woman. Every marital relationship was marital rape or we understand that the concept of consent didn't exist

Swayamwar a girl knows she would be married

Abduction suddenly life changed. Both aren't similar

Someone said "Kumari Chaapi" means 13 years old

Anything below 18 years and without consent of the woman in any form is not normal or right for me

How old was Subhadra? Draupadi wasn't 18+

How old was Uttara, her Swayamvar wasn't announced like Subhadra which is the primary reason for the belief that Subhadra wasn't 18+ or whatever was the marriageable age back then?

I didn't say both are similar but I am talking about consent and marital rape, if she didn't want to marry, could she say "No" for Swayamvar? What if she didn't like the man who won? She doesn't know him

Swayamber only gave chance to women to choose their husbands but in Draupadi's case , usse vo right bhi le liya gaya , no one asked her consent . Discussion was b/w Pandavas, vedvyas, Kunti & drupada. Yes vedvyas already told about things before 2 Pandavas & arjun was aware what going to happen but still draupadi was not told about it before swayamber .

Soorsen & vasudev gave kunti to kuntibhoj , she kept grudges against them & never forgave them.

Krishna made arjun abduct subhadra , still Subhadra dint hold any grudge against krishna . No where is is mentioned she has bitter feelings 4 krishna .

I don't think women had rights back then (Not saying they have rights now) I don't find Swayamvar or arranged marriage as treating them equally, Swayamvar was winning a woman by showing skills which have nothing to do with ability of that man to be a good husband

The important point about "Consent" is, did they ask their daughters or sisters? Did she say "Yes"? Was she allowed to say " No"?

Abduction for marriage is a non bailable offense

Yes she could deny a person from participating if she didn't like a personal. That's where this entire rejection to Karna comes from
