What are some good things kjo has done for the industry?

we tend to ignore good and focus on negative.

Industry ka toh pata nahi.....but humare liye Alia ko introduce kiya movies mein....Alia the punching bag......jitna frustration ho.....online aa ker nikal doh...Alia bashing kar ke....👍🏼👏

In this sense what are good things anyone has done ? 

Someone’s gonna name KJOs good deed and then someone else will pick it apart. That can be done for anyone’s good deed 👍🏼

Nah he did need the best directors and writers for his mediocre nepotism products because he had to prove to the world that they were good actors. Getting to act in films with good writing and director than an extract a performance out of you helps you acting. So he does do his homework in trying to find the best there. It is who can be seen onscreen and become the star that people recognize on the streets is where he discriminates. 

Made it all right for the hero to be not terribly macho. The world needs less alpha holes. 

Made it all right for average women to be considered beautiful though he still kept his fair skin obsession.

KJo or PR, if you're reading this: please crack open a book once in a while. Saying this because you actually BRAGGED about not reading. Believe me it shows in your movies. There is no plot. I'm trying to imagine what you could've done with The Zoya Factor instead of Sonam.
