Anyone who needs to start a "business" needs "money " , which either comes through loan or if they have their own money to invest. Pre has none . She had zero assets against which banks wud give her loan or any property of her own . So bajaj gave her that money , she just entered like an entitled being in "his" office (bajaj let her be) and started taking over companies (in the background bajaj was involved so that she gets the feel of achievement ) which she called "MY hard earned money" . The source was always bajaj and not her.

Bajaj and pre convo when she "claimed" to take over the last whatever no. Of companies and hence she is ready for kol, bajaj cleared the air and told her how he helped her and she still has a long way to go.which was abs justified when she won that stupid land deal by paying double or triple the amount and there also she needs anurags help at the backend to get the permissions.

If I remember clearly anurag took over Bajaj's business n house too...the first time in komo 1 track komo n her father did fraud n showed incorrect number...

Well anurag knows how to do business honestly unlike others he isn't cunning n don't plan to harass ppl aiwehi...🤷🤷🤷 Ppl plotted n stalked him n his family n took over his business whereas he did the same thing in kyust one day...with some mere study that too strictly related to business...if taking over someone's business is the measure of capability then I think he still wins as he doesn't need to plan for months n do such stuff🤭🤭🤭🥱🥱🥱🥱

Continuing in the same vein of hypothetical, companies are not candies that someone can buy off the shelf in a shop. So even if Bajaj was the initial investor (which he probably was), it's still prerna's hard work, strategy, planning and execution which got 3 companies in her name. She also replayed him his initial principal with interest maybe. There's nothing in the show to prove the contrary.

If a person starts a business and a family member or friends serves as the financiers instead of a bank, what they do with that money remains their achievement. Not the financiers. Prerna may remain indebted to Bajaj for his "help", but the achievement is hers.

And beyond a point hypothetical start losing their meaning, since no one knows what really happened and everyone will choose to believe what they want.

The only thing that matters to him now and always is prerna. In her success lies his success. He's celebrating her success in his failure. He did that that day 8 years back when he told anupam to change their magazine cover with the sole purpose of ensuring that prerna's magazine launch gets the maximum visibility and success. And he continues to do that.

Only thing is he does that silently without making prerna aware of it. Without telling her that he is the one responsible for her success, or he has interfered in some way, thereby making her feel worthless. Without making her feel indebted to him at every step. He wants to watch her fly and relish that. That's his victory!

Bajaj claims her achievementa were never hers, it was him making the path easy for her all along, hence she is not yet ready to go to Kolkata. One of them is wrong.

Someone chooses to believe Bajaj is stating the fact, he is responsible for prerna's success and she's achieved zilch on her own.

I choose to believe that prerna is right and Bajaj is serving his own agenda of somehow stopping prerna from going to Kolkata for whatever reason. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Even wen bajaj claimed he distracted ppl by creating mishaps in their personal life so that prerna can win their business she did mention that he helped her in one but the other one she won with her ability..so it was clearly shown in the episode
