Definitely picked up on those themes! But I love how interwoven they all are. It's not like in typical ITV shows where they first focus on friendship, then love, then ambition which comes in the way of love and whatnot. Here, it's all so complicated because they're all running parallel to one another.

It's all woven bakaayda sui dhaaga lekar. Cause they actually wrote it down before airing so first take se they were pretty clear about the flow. And that clarity is SO EVIDENT.

Ooohhh, I didn't expect much from her. So far, she and the mother-in-law have been quite one-dimensional.

I LOVE this little between Sid & Anu. Sid's like if you ever forget something then I'll be the first to return it, and in the very next scene, Anu has forgotten her ring in the bathroom. Then comes the flashback to when Sid told her that the next time she forgets something, he won't return it to her. And then cut to present time, where Anu goes back to collect the ring that she has forgotten, and Sid has the opportunity to return it, but they both don't act on it, even though she knows that he has the ring, and he knows that she knows. Matlab itna chota sa scene hai, aur itna complex bana diya. 🤪

It kinda reminds me of the jhumka scene with Hanita, where on the surface level it's one thing, but there's SO MUCH MORE going on.
