I guess. Im just saying I went up and down a list of best film winners last 10/15 years the only I saw in a cinema was Departed and Argo 😆

The thing she doesn’t Realize is that her success lies in the hands of the indian audience and not the academy or the west.The fact that she is recognized by them is because of indian audience going to watch her films.

But no she has to go on a spiritual rant, and yet does not acknowledge her priveleges and the reality of the situation in who has contributed to her success and helped paved the way for her.

She just got invited, it's not like she's got an Oscar 🤔
