I not much into history but I read everything that was available of Mughals and specially Akbar, but there was little about his consorts. I mean their physical description.

Rukaiyya begam was the character who shaped up Shahjahan later, had an important role in making Salim the king in actual history. So, I think that for the younger one, I could imagine sajal Ali ( a Pakistani actress), older one you already have a choice.
