Minty was one of the few who made topics on Sushant or talked positively about him. She can create the same old DP is the best topic every few days and you will get 30 comments everytime to disprove her, people don't get bored of repeating the same thing. I watched Chhichore in theatres and was excited to discuss about the actors so created a topic but hardly any replied. Not just Sushant, the whole cast, Navin Polishetty, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Prateik, Varun and the other ones whom I don't know, were a breath of fresh air from the overly-manufactured starkids and their acting and group chemistry deserved appreciation and love, but this forum dynamics is such that we prefer to gossip and slam celebs rather than praise the ones making a difference and like them for their craft. The last 2 years, his one stan, LiveEatLove more or less used to defend him only because it was mostly blinds items and breakup stuff that Sushant posts got commented on.

I just wanted to share this,

At my previous job, the environment was really toxic. I was an intern for that company and my direct bosses were amazing. They nurtured me and made me feel like I was the best.They would even say that and show me that. I loved my job. I got a full-time position with them and had to branch out and work all different kinds of people in that company. I was pretty naive to that work environment and never imagined how much politics and favoritism was at play regardless of skill-set and hard work. I was really good at what I did, but was not enough to get validation for my work. Eventually, the toxic environment started to make me feel that I wasn't good enough. It came to a point where I started believing that myself.

I remember I shared my feelings with one of my bosses that trained me as an intern and she told me that this workplace might not appreciate what you have to offer, but another workplace definitely will. I found another job, and honestly I will never forget what that boss told me. It is so true and crucial to have a good work environment that has some form of appreciation and recognition for what you have to offer, especially if you're giving it your all and doing well. Otherwise, it literally all starts eating you alive.

Hey like I said, I am sure she did....For the limited time I was on the forum, may be I missed them and I didn’t check back...I shouldn’t have pinpointed at her...I agree sometimes she becomes easy prey to the people to vent on about making topics as if she has taken tekha or some thing of making posts....I knew this but still I also joined the bandwagon and did the same thing that I didn’t like about the others who bashed her for making whatever topics she did...I am sorry Mintyblue...🤗Also, I am sorry for giving an impression that those who didn’t talk when he was alive have no right to talk about him now...Eventhough that wasn’t what I was trying to say, I guess that’s what got conveyed...

You are right. The Chhichhore cast didn't get the love they deserved.

I suspect because we're influenced by the nepo system at work, which is controlled by 10 - 15 people at the top. Had this movie included insiders, there could've been paens being sung everywhere.
