I think they took some time to go back to their camps no? So by then sun would be up again as in solar eclipse would be over. Also the moment sun would have risen they would know arjun can still kill Jayadrath and he could duel again or attack their camps because sun is up

I've read on Jaya that Arjun was Kunti's favourite child because she invoked Indra on her own will. Yudhisthir's and Bheem's father i.e. Yama and Vayu had been invoked on Pandu's wish not her.

We were discussing whether Kunti should be blamed for how her sons behaved in Dyut Sabha as she didn't give them good upbringing. HearMeRoar is disagreeing so am I and she also saying kunti supported drau always.

I won't say that it's impossible that it is true because mentions come. But I don't understand why Vyasa would not mention the daughter of the two main characters of the epic especially when it's so important in case of inheritance also. Dusshala has a mention. Suthanu absolutely having no mention is strange.

I will still not completely disregard it because it's strange that Pandavas had no daughters at all.

Dushala is mentioned because she was the wife of Jaidrath not because she was a Kuru daughter.

Just think of it, Dushala was not mentioned, we have Pandavas capturing Jaidrath in Vana Parva and Yudhishtir saying let's leave him alive else Dushhala will feel bad, what would we make of it??

Had Jaidrath not done what he did probably Dusshala would have been ignored too.

Suthanu or Bhanu serves no functions just as Lakshmana and Samb so they are not mentioned.

After killing jayadrath the fight continued till late night, Ghato died at night after sunset, it was the first time war was fought after sunset
