I agree with you. I live in NY and know exactly what you are saying. I also feel Bollywood has gone unchecked and there is no accountability just like our police here. It's time people start unmasking these people with cell phones. Once the names and videotapes start rolling..it's a question of time before we know who is to be blamed.
