I didn’t get good friends.i broke with them and I came here to India forums to make good one friends.

I am reading several articles, honestly speaking, people question depression, the last 3 months were hard for everyone, especially those in india where the lock down is not ending any time soon, they are at home, if they live alone they deal with the loneliness, no work no travel no outing nothing, it does depression to everyone, especially those who are staying alone. he was already suffering from it and corona times just made it complicated.

how do we deal with depression now a days, if we are locked at home we can find it very difficult, it feels like in jail where u must be at home, no friends no outing no travel no exploring and no work. people take stupid actions due to it.
