Ranbir is one of the finest actors we have today. But what intrigues me is that people are not willing to give him the tag of a 'superstar'. This, despite the fact that he has seen the highest of peaks unlike anyone else of his generation.
The funny part is, even Besharam opened at 20 crores way back in 2013. To give you guys some perspective, that's a higher opening than Ranveer's biggest hit Padmavat.
Even BOI published a rather reluctant article on Ranbir Kapoor's stardom. I say reluctant because if you read between the lines, they are even saying stupid things like 'The mega stardom will never come from a biopic though as the actor is unable to leave his stamp on the character like a Shahrukh Khan did in DDLJ or Salman Khan in Dabangg.' But all that aside, they do acknowledge his box-office pull.

Do you think that he's a fine actor often take away from his stardom?
