I took up Kiara's old photographs and it looks like she got non surgical skin tightening. That's why her eyebrows appear slightly higher and her skin looks tight. But she can still move her facial muscles so its not botox. Because of the tightened skin her jawline etc are more prominent now, previously her face was rounder (could be baby fat also). Her nose was always sharp but now its got a more definitive tip. Lips don't look injected at all. Kiara appeared to be a fair child and tanned in her debut years so she might of used detannig procedures or skin lightening injections to get her old, even complexion back.

Ananya was always pink toned fair so I doubt if she got skin lightening injection. In fact she seems to tan herself for certain events/photoshoots. Her nose tip and nostrils seem little different than before but that could also be that she grew into her nose. The nose is one feature that should be surgically altered after full maturation of features. Many times it might seem prominent as a child but then you grow older and it fits ur face. Lips definitely, she's got Restylene in her upper lip and now her lower lip also looks fuller.

I've always wondered how Sanjay kapoor has his lifestyle, hangs out with srk? boney actually has made so many movies and they are always talking about he has money problems, but he had sridevi's money too.
