Sorry for the long reply, but I think you'll understand what is meant by fake.
Getting teeth done is actually a medical necessity. It helps as you grow old and its something I recommend to everyone.
But other than that these girls are going through some massive changes at an age when their features haven't fully developed. Their nose, lips, face structure, eyelids (for bigger eyes) plus fairness injections. Bleaching for tan removal and fixing teeth is very normal along with eyebrows, waxing, work outs, but what these girls are doing is altering every part of their body before even gaining maturation.
They are the role models for the kids born in the 2000s who are now in their early teens. And thats toxic. I get it if someone gets minor changes like Ananya and Kiara, but the drastic ones are really scary. If this is what their fans are gonna see, they are gonna want plastic surgery at a young age. Why are there being toxic and unnatural beauty standards set?
Sri, Madhuri, Rekha, Sushmita, Ash and then Kareena, PC, Preity, Rani have all got work done. But there was a huge difference. They weren't buying a new face or body. Back then we still accepted all skin tones and body types and their faces were different from each other. The nepotism gang are basically morphing into the same person (barring Suhana). Its like they're making a point that stars/actors are only to be pale white with big eyes, small sharp noses and full lips. Thus the beauty standards being set are unnatural or 'fake'.
They're promoting plastic surgery in a country where everyone gets most impacted from films and entertainment industry. The only natural ones now left are Yami, Illeana, Sonakshi and in the new gen Tara and Sara.
