Lip synced romantic songs fell out of fashion. But that's what made BW BW.

What happened to sweet songs like this ?
All that happened is you got old. And didn't move with the times.
Ask someone who grew up with Kabhi Kabhi songs what they think of 90s hits: they won't like them.
Same with people who grew up with Mughal-E-Azam - most of them would hate the stuff from 70s and 80s.
For people growing up today, they will adore Tum Hi Ho, Bekhayali, Tum Hi Aana as much as we liked the songs in the era we grew up in.
There has always been wonderful music in every era. The feeling of nostalgia is what defines our own perceptions.

The likes of Tiger Shroff and Ananya can never pull it off. BW was tougher back then when everyone had to dance and sing
Nostalgia!!
I really loved that golden era of Bollywood
So many good movies, songs & what not...

Not exactly. There are still so many people who love songs of the 50s 60s era and there are those from 60s era who love songs that released later and even love the songs of today's time. It all depends on their taste and not the era they were born in. I love songs of Beatles too till today and many try to copy them today as well and I love their songs too.
I really miss those meaningful lyrics in today's songs though. Song remakes should be strictly banned. Like come up with something new and creative or else batti bana ke daal lo.
Now its music company driven decision making to make songs which are trendy music companies dont give old singers project to sing they dont give songs to Udit Narayan and Sonu Nigam to revive that playback lypsync culture as they were singers whom voices suited every actor they sang for .... New singers voices sound similar and drunked
Brilliant lyricists and music directors passed away.. the remaining few good ones are old and/or are selective with the work they do..
Lack of creativity.. irritating remix fad leads to mediocre songs.. plus the 'new age cinema' seems to have no necessity for situational songs..
Miss them good songs now.. they dont make like them anymore 🥺
The musical team behind this song have retired/semi retired 🤕
And so have the others who made such songs are no longer active 😔
