Divya Bharti's death mystery ?

How come there was never a proper investigation ? A rising female actress just accidentally slips from the balcony and everyone accepted that easily 😕

Its always going to be a mystery. We dont have Divya who is the only one that can tell the truth for what happened unfortunately.

I agree they didnt investigate it, same with Talwar case (fingerprints everywhere). It could be an accident or suicide or planned murder

Sadjid nadiawala used his friends in D Company to close this case.As most of the police at that time were on the payroll of Mafia people

I read somewhere that there was a maid whom the cops didnt even bother to interrogate . It should have gone to CID or CBI . At least the Talwar case is very highly debated, no one even bothered with this one . May be due to the involvement of very influential people

The maid was found dead if I remember correctly.

Divya was drunk and plus the balcony or window where she was sitting had no grill. I don't think anyone could push her but suicide is plausible.

Ok few days ago I came across a thread where tm is saying that oso is based on divya's life and death and pointed many similarities like santi priya rhyming with bharti divya and so much more...

The most believable version is that she was 19, too young, too depressed,fought with her supposed husband that night, had too much to drink and somehow slipped from the balcony or intentionally jumped. Sajid isnt the killer as many conspiracies say because I had read he had a mild case of heart attack when he saw her body. Neeta Lulla was there when she was on the balcony.

Same way sridevi oded on drugs but that was hidden similarly she probably got drunk and slipped.

Reportedly Diya Bharti's friend Neeta Lulla and her husband Dr. Shyam Lulla visited her on the day she died, and they were in that flat themselves when the incident occured! They went to visit Divya to show her some dress designs as per they stated, for the shooting of Sajid's upcoming film Andolan. Moreover, according to their statement they were watching television and the housemaid was in the kitchen while Divya was on the balcony after having bottle of liquor. Something sounds off, right? If they went there for the purpose of showing the designs, then why did they end up watching television and and left Divya alone while she was drunk?

Usually what do you see in the crime shows? The criminals turn the TV on before committing a murder so that no one from the neighborhood can listen whatever is happening from the inside. So if the theory is correct, then no wonder that Divya's murder could be planned and Neeta Lulla and her husband did not really come there to show her dress designs, but to murder her. If the purpose was to show the dress designs only, then only one could come. But why both of them? Coz definitely it couldn't be done alone and it was easier to do when both of them pushed her from the window.

About Divya's maid, she might had witnessed the incident but her mouth could be kept shut. Otherwise it just doesn't really add up that the maid died due to depression only after Divya's death!

Also Sajid Nadiadwala's name is involved in this incident, as his name has had often been linked with the underworld mafia Dawood Ibrahim so there could be a high chance that it was a planned murder. As Neeta Lulla and her husband were already involved with Sajid's film project so it’s not a surprise if he had used them for his own purpose!
