Hello, not sure if I have read the story before but reading it right now.
Just reached chapter 23 and needed to vent! Can I say that I want to really whack Khushi hard?
She is is starting to irritate me with her constant mooning about Arnav. The guy has made it clear time and again, quite nastily, that he does not see a future with her. yet, she continues to pester him and moon about him, making herself out to be this big tragedy queen. There are enough and more people who suffer unrequited love. Life does not end with that. They get their act together and move on and not continue to be a tragedy queen like her.
Arnav needs to back off and not be involved and Anjali needs to take a really tough stand with him. She can't allow him to continue meddle in Khushi's life just because she nurses a hope of them getting together.
As for Khushi, doesn't she relise that she is causing relationships with her Bhabhi's family to be strained, placing her newly wedded Bhabi in a terrible position and probably creating friction between Shyam and Anjali because clearly Shyam holds Arnav responsible for all of her woes where as the truth is not quite that.
Yes, while Arnav's blow-hot-blow-cold behavior with a inexperienced virgin may be responsible to some extent, its Khushi refusal to get out of her delusional Janam-janam ka love story that is really to blame! If it had been a Sheeta or Lavanya type female character doing this for Arnav, everyone would have willingly cursed her. Just because it is Khushi, doesn't make it more acceptable!
