At Kurukshetra, on this twelfths day of battle , Arjun wants Sunset to be delayed so that he can kill Jayadrath, Jayadrath wants sunset to come early so that he can escape death.
Krishn advises Arjun to kill Jayadrath by severing his head off and make sure that head falls in. Jayadrath’s father’s lap .
DronAcharya And Drishtadyumna are in a duel .
At Hastinapur Sanjay narrates the happenings to Blind Dhritarashtra.
At Kurukshetra satyaki is fighting with Dronacharya . Arjun comes to his aid along with platoons . Yudhishthira Is worried for Arjun n he sends Bheem to assist Arjun. Bheem leaves YuDhritarashtra’s side reluctantly as it was Arjun’s orders to ensure Bade Bhaiya‘S safety .
Dronacharya wants to prevent Bheem from reaching Arjun. He confronts Bheem . But Bheem shatters Dronacharya’s chariot by a single blow of his gadaa, resulting in acharya falling flat on the ground. Dronacharya quickly comes in another chariot but Bheem shatters that too . Bheem moves ahead leaving acharya next to his shattered chariot.
At Yudh shivir Draupadi n Uttara pray that SuryaDev should set only after witnessing the death of Jayadrath, how did the sun rise after witnessing the inhuman killing of Maharathi Abhimanyu at the hands of seven attackers . Draupadi prays Sun should go slow n delay sun set .
At Hastinapur Sanjay narrates to Dhritarashtra but Dhritarashtra wonders why was sunset so late today ?? Is he waiting to see the dead bodies of the rest of his sons ?? Dhritarashtra weeps how would he give the news to Gandhari about the demise of their sons.
At Kurukshetra Bheem is confronted by Kaurava Bheem has no option but to kill his younger cousin .Karn then confronts Bheem , they fight with Bow n arrows, then with gadaa, with swords , And with Bhaala/ spears... but Karn walks out of that fight remembering his promise to Kunti that her five sons will be alive after this war .
Arjun attacks N kills The maharathi who was attacking satyaki.
Duryodhan asks Dushasan to shield Sindhu Naresh Jayadrath.
He sees Arjun trying to attack Jayadrath shielded by other maharathis .
Krishn plays a trick n hides the sun behind the clouds Plunging the place into darkness making it appear that sun had set . Jayadrath n Duryodhan laugh at Arjun n ask him to take samadhi .
Jayadrath laughs n laughs n comes out of the Kamalvyuh n the shield that was protecting him , Soon Krishn asks the sun to come out of cloud cover n it’s afternoon again . Jayadrath finds himself confronting Arjun all alone . Arjun swears at him for being the cause of Abhimanyu’s death and shoots at his neck severing it off his body n makes sure that head falls into his father’s lap
Jayadrath’s father bursts into flames n is destroyed.

Battle rules were broken when 7 Maharathi surrounded lone Maharathi Abhimanyu n killed him , so was it broken again today after Jayadrath wadh when neither army wanted to give up n continued fighting With the help of mashaal carried by warrior ..
Suddenly before the Kuru Sena appears a giant and starts devastating the Kuru Sena , he catches n breaks the arrows showers at him like matchsticks . They learn this was none other than Ghatotkach who was son of Bheem n Hidimba . Duryodhan is scared this giant will destroy them n asks Dronacharya to blow the yudh Viraam Shankh.
After battle pauses for the night , Bheem gets Ghatotkach to meet his uncles . Yudhishthira , Arjun, Krishn, Nakul Sahdev welcome n accept the brave warrior n accept him to join their army . Krishn says even if he was born in asur kul , ones actions determined his caste not birth, since he was a fighter he would be counted as Kshatriya.
When all this news reaches Hidimba she feels very proud , as she would not be included as Bharatvansh Kul Vadhu .
At night Gandhari n Kunti come to meet Bheeshm n are devastated at his state , they share their woes... Bheeshm’s bed of arrows was visible but Kunti n Gandhari’s bed of arrows was invisible . They were all suffering , as much as Bheeshm.
Bheeshm advises them to wait for the war to end, safeguard Hastinapur.
Gandhari comes to Duryodhan’s shivir , she tells him she will remain here u till the war ends. Pandavas come to pay their respects to their badi maa , Duryodhan n Pandavas have their usual war of words. Pandavas request Kunti to come tho their shivir but she chooses to stay with Gandhari.
Yudhishthir laments they had to kill 89 of their cousin brothers.
Kunti refuses to break Kul Maryada .
Next day at war, Ghatotkach causes lots of injuries to Kuru Sena and Duryodhan. Karn uses Divyaastra given by Indra and kills Ghatotkach. When his body is falling Bheem asks him to increase his size and fall on Kuru Sena . This causes lots of damages to Kuru army . But Krishn smiles that Karn had used his Indra’s Divya Astra and thus he was devoid of any more Divya Astra . Now Karn will not be able to uses any Divya Astra on Arjun . Ghatotkach had taken the Divya Astra on himself n saved Arjun in the process .
