Who's catching up QH on TV still, religiously? They completed 40 episodea.

I didn't watch QH in its first run.. saw 2-3 episodes in recent rerun and started watching it now..

Just curious about something you guys may already know.. Later on in the show Surbhi's character is not Zoya at all? Seems to have changed 2-3 times.. is it one continued story or completely new story after sometime?
