I didn't watch QH in its first run.. saw 2-3 episodes in recent rerun and started watching it now..

Just curious about something you guys may already know.. Later on in the show Surbhi's character is not Zoya at all? Seems to have changed 2-3 times.. is it one continued story or completely new story after sometime?

the show takes a 20yrs leap for the first time and she becomes twins as Sanam & Sehar, then again she became two more characters or one I don't know but yes, the elaboration shall be done by others who have seen the entire run unlike me who left with ksg😝
