Gunwant is coloring his hair…suddenly why is he coloring his hair? Did you feel like you are growing old...well you are. Just acting like a stunt man won't change your age. Kirtida reveals the fact that Rani is bringing fifty lakh to this house then she will dance on them. Otherwise also, if she comes with no money also, she would have danced and made their hairs white again. And she also tells that Raja will ask for his rights in the shop. I am sure he will, at least a part of it. So Kirtida orders that the wedding shouldn’t happen. Gunwant is wondering, I am sure he will device a plan to stop the wedding and at the same time, he will make one where his involvement won't be seen.
Back at Rani’s place, Utsav tells that he has arranged a place for accommodating the guests. Gunwant calls Vrinda home, and Rani wants to accompany her. Was it to be with her, or to meet Raja? Well, after seeing how much her character has unfolded in the show, she wants to accompany her mother first and in the process she will meet Raja. Rani wants to accompany her mother to be with her in thick and thin.
Gunwant there tells Vrinda to stop preparing for the rituals, and that this was decided by all. Vrinda is shocked, and Asha doesn’t want this to happen. Asha wants the wedding to happen at any cost, if the wedding happens, she will get the power of attorney. Also she will get a free servant...And Vrinda doesn't want the wedding to stop, after all who will want her daughter to lose a guy like Raja.
Rani and her siblings are worried. Utsav is worried that they found out about the lottery, Chuki thinks something is wrong while Rani believes that raja would have told her if it was something very important before-hand only. All are worried for a different reason, Chuki is jealous that Rani is getting married to a rich guy and she is stuck with Popat…it is so evident so wherever possible she is telling things that will hurt Rani. Even when this relation was proposed, she poisoned Rani that he wants to get married to you because he wants your Kidney and then when the parlor lady was talking and now.
Meanwhile Vrinda comes back. For a moment I thought they broke the wedding because of the expression on her face...even though thats not possible. And when Rani insists she tells that they wanted to have a wedding together. That all the rituals and the wedding will be arranged by the, I am sure Mota- Moti will do their best to insult Rani that she herself will break the wedding or they will find faults in her that Raja will himself refuse her but they don’t know that love survives over all materialistic things and behaviors. Love is pure and is never adulterated by these things....all that matters is the heart...nothing more...nothing less.
Rani gets a text from Raja saying they don’t have to wait for the wedding day to meet now, that they will meet daily and be together throughout. I just wish I could see the smile on his face as well, the smile on her face was precious, only could be brought about by Raja.
I love this next scene, where Raja takes Mango juice (probably) and sends the waiter to Rani. She takes some transparent drink but Raja wants her to take what he took. So he gestures her and she takes it. I just love him, he so adorable and cute. And then they drink together. The constant staring was so good. I loved it.
Meanwhile Gunwant tells Kirtida that things are going according to their plan. While she gets angry that he will reveal everything to the world. Even if he doesn't Asha will find out about it eventually...just hoping she figures it out before she runs out of time.
Skipping Jharna's part! I have to only say which mother will support their children in bad deeds? Neither does Jharna have brains not does her mother.
Raja wants to give Rani a flower...that too red rose! Ooo...i wish he gave hwr himself and confessed. Again he finds Guddi...And now Guddi is our official Cupid. He tells her to give it to Rani. From Aunty to Chachi....a very big transformation in a very short time. And when Guddi gives Rani the flower, red rose is missing. Rani sees Raja there waiting for her reply and realises that he sent it. I am sure she was happy...her eyes reflected the happiness. Guddi walks away when asked for the flower.
And obviously both see the flower at once and go to pick it up, and what follows is a head bump. It was indeed a beautiful scene with both picking the rose and then blushing with that eye Lock. My goodness....I am sure both will become high on sugar because of the love for each other. The staring into souls completion continues only to end in a tie.
Where was Jharna causing diabetes only to Raja and where is Rani, sharing the same diabetes with him...shows her true nature....her duty of a wife....her love for him that, when he suffers even she will.
On the other side Asha calls Utsav to talk about the lottery money, Utsav tells that it will take time. He asks her to trust him and she says of course I trust you, else I wouldn't have agreed for the wedding. Where does she trust him, if she does then she would let him give the money as and when it comes rather than reminding him very often. Also that smile and that fake tone of her made it pretty evident that she does not trust him. And the nature she has, is a sole proof that she will never trust anyone....not her self also.
And finally our winner couple have finished the staring contest in a tie, when Guddi the Cupid comes back to remind them that they have to bump again. I was thinking the same, when will they bump again! Rani asks him if he believes in such things and refuses but still he wants to bump into her again. Where is this going? Love has surely made him crazy and now besharam also. When they move towards each other to bump into each other, it felt like they were going to kiss....there was that vibe that was seen from their expressions and movements.
And like always, pyaar ka dushman Asha comes into the frame appreciating Rani's appearance....a fake comment again. She wishes that no one cast an evil eye on her. And that side Kirtida says the evil eyes have already been casted. I liked this particular scene for some reason.
And that moments the priest enters with 2 dogs. I wonder what dogs are doing in a wedding ceremony. Of course a plan by mota and moti.
First strike, mota moti have hit it right on the bulls eye by taking Dhanwant's name. The priest says that both Raja and Mehul have Grah dosh and their wives will have to face problems. And that their lives are in danger. I wonder if Rani will fall for this shitty story....they just don't know Rani. Her experience with world will speak now. I notice both Rani's and Jharna's parents, as soon as he says their daughter can die also, Rani's parents look at each other in concern while Jharna's parents are busy elsewhere. Looks like they know where this is heading.
Second strike, Kirtida again names Dhanwant and tells he would be amidst them has they known this solution. And she says she loves her daughter in laws life...of course, Jharna will act as her ploy now. She got a free messenger. Even Asha agrees.
As expected, Rani speaks up, she questions the existence of such a solution for Grah dosh and tells that she has never heard of anything as such. Absolutely...as I told it will be her experience of the world that would speak.
Kirtida then says people angry a tree to get rid of such dosh then what's her problem when the priest is telling. Even so Rani decides not to go ahead. Everyone is shocked and Mota Moti happy that this worked. Where do they know, Rani always will find a way out and here it is the question of her love...And love will guide her now.
Jharna plays her cards right then and agrees to follow the procedure. I wonder what she has, no ideology...no principles ....Nothing except selfish thoughts.
Jharna tries to convince Rani to agree. Kirtida also does the same. Raja stands up for her, supports her and speaks her views. This is surely what any girl would want in her husband...Kirtida tries manipulating him by telling it's all about Rani's life. And even Asha asks Rani to adjust for ten minutes. Well it might be just for ten minutes but it's about supporting the wrong cause...if one spares even ten seconds to support something right then, a change is possible but here it's also superstitions.
Asha tells Raja to not to interfere in such matters. Raja is upset...angry that this is happening. He asks the reason to believe these superstitions and Gunwant tells that these may be superstitions for you but they are our way of life. Gunwant tactically asks the priest for other ways and he tells about delaying the wedding.
Asha doesn't want any delay in the wedding, for she thinks Utsav will change his mind and also that Kirtida all kind out about the lottery. Raja and Rani stare at each other...they seem unhappy....
Raja himself tells that the wedding must not be delayed. Though he gives the reason of the preparations, his hearts doesn't want to stay away from Rani any longer. Asha also says the same. What is a ten minute procedure in front of a six month waiting period. I am just wondering, if they had accepted to delay the wedding then how much of RanJa moments we would have had and what would the story line be then.
And the priest continues to do the rituals to increase the pressure on her. Rani finally asks him to stop the procedure. I hope she does something and get rid of this process.
And she questions the priest about the dosh and it's effects and all. She notices that he is taking everything. He is nervous and is sweating and doesn't know the answers. I love this scene...not only shows Mahima's acting skills but also Rani's brains. When Jharna says what is Rani doing....I was like she is right...she is doing the right thing unlike you.
And when questioned further he tells that she would does after fifteen minutes of the haldi. How stupid can one be...Even if you are taking things, you must do it properly. There...that is the loop hole now. Kirtida is angry.
Rani brings the hadi to Raja so that he can apply. The fear of losing her is so clear in his eyes and his face. He can't afford to loose her...that's what it shows. He tries speaking her out of the idea but she makes him apply the haldi to her. One positive thing about this is that he applied the haldi first on Rani....normally the groom can't do so.
Rani declares that if she does then the superstition will live but if she lives then the superstition will die....And the tense atmosphere added on to all the fear. Raja's face was filled with fear...of losing her. And she was confident of winning.
Even twenty minutes felt as long as a year to Raja and thia was eveident on his face. Vrinda gives her water but she doesn't want to drink and as soon as Raja asks her to have she agrees. It's like she has already married him and will only accept his orders.
As she drinks the water, she chokes on it and gets breathless. And gets dizzy and falls off. Raja is trying to wake her up while every one else is shocked. Kirtida is crying loudly....she even says Asha tere samose pe paani ghir gaya...I was like Moti mummy apke jalebi pe namak ghir gaya...
When Gunwant calls her out, she realises that she was dreaming and sees Rani safe and sound. Utsav taunts the priest on completion of twenty minutes. Rani tells him that his superstition lost. It felt more like RanJa's love won...not just Rani who won.
The smile on Raja's face was worth seeing. All the drama again made their bond stronger....increased his respect for her....it improved the trust factor between them. The whole family except mota moti and Jharna were genuinely happy. Asha was happier that she survived and she will get her fifty lakh.
I was just noticing the dressing sense of all. For once Mehul was looking good and Jharna was looking horrible. Darshana was looking elegant as always. Hitank also kind of complimented her. Kirtida was again high on her jewellery. Popat looked horrible in that pink shirt and that dirty white and pink tie. And that balck square on his shirt made it even more horrible. He was loking like a pink window. Chuki was lokking good. Vrinda and her husband were also looking elegant. Raja was looking handsome and was dressed well...suitable for the ritual. Rani again was looking pretty, in her yellow lehenga and the flower jewellery. Nothing seemed to be like haldi ceremony. Haldi is supposed to be a low key affair with yellow coloured dressing and a lot of flowers and the fragrance of haldi. Here it felt more like a sangeet or a reception.
Overall, a beautiful episode with RanJa moments. There was love, there was drama and there was a very good lesson. Also between RanJa, the support for each other was seen. I loved watching it. And I am waiting for the next episode.
