Karna definitely had more than one wife. It's mentioned twice

Once during Virat Parva and second during the Karna Parva after his death

If you specifically meant the name Vrushali then that probably originates from Mrityunjay

And definitely that story about Bhanumati's friend Supriya falling in love with Karna with Bhanumati making a condition that she would accept Duryodhan only if Karna marries Supriya.

I know it's completely fake( I doubt if there is even a folklore about it/) but I personally want to believe that story. It's so cute
