kanya is suffering from split peronality
she's 2 people in one...she's kanya and also natasha...she becomes natasha when she sees fire or is close to fire

And to answer ur question, kanya does not have a disease! 😆 😆 😆
She has a disorder called split personality. Its when u have 2 personalities that u can not control. You never know when one can take over the other. For example, when kanya sees fire, she cant control herself and turns into natasha, who has red eyes (😆) Im not the best person to explain this to u, but i tried! 😆 😆 😆

kanya is sweet...soft..caring....undertsanding but she doesn't believes in god.....kanya loves ranbir

natasha is bold...agressive...arrogant....ego...negative but she believes in god and punish all those who gives troubles to their wives or daughter-in-law.....natasha hates ranbir

both are kanya but she has double personality and her love and hatred starts with ranbir and ends with ranbir

when she is kanya she remembers her family members and that aslo she is married to ranbir

but when she changes into natasha whenever she sees fire she doesn't remember that she has a family and she is married to ranbir

natasha is the spoilt sport for our RanKan romance

the sad part is kanya doesn't know that she is suffering from split personality and that she has a character natasha in her body

in both way rannu is stucked....as his wife loves him madly but at the same time she hates him too
