Lifespans in that era were shorter, not longer, than what they are today. Like it is faith to believe that Rama lived for 10,000 or 11,000 years. It is also faith to believe that people in the first 3 Yugas lived longer than people in Kalyug.
If you consider that people then typically married and had kids much earlier - in their teens, then it's easy to see how Bheeshma and Abhimanyu could have participated in the same war. Like if Bheeshma was 90, chances are that Dhritarashtra was around 50, Arjun around 30 and Abhimanyu about 16. And yeah, child marriage was prevalent, for both girls and boys
As I said Arjun being around 30 was no way possible. At the least he should be in his forties
Subhadra was not born till the time Krishna was in Gokul. Even if we assume that she was born immidiately after the Kans Vadh, she was 11.5 years younger to Krishna or 11 years younger to Arjun.
Considering a normal human, a girl would become a mother at the earliest around 13 years of age so Arjun would have at least been 24 when Abhimanyu was born.
After that the Rajsuya Yagya happened which will at least take 4-5 years since they traveled as far to Magadh winning over the states in midst. and then the game of dice and finally the exile. After the completion of exile, it would have taken a year for the preparation and commencement of the war.
Taking the least age, he couldn't have been younger than at least early forties even the war happened and Yudhishtir might have been 45.
Which means Dhritrashtra in his early sixties at least.
This will mean that Dhritrashtra would be around 100
