*CH:2*

Minni finally got out of the airport, booked a cab and rushed to her assigned apartment. It seemed to her as if it has always been waiting for her arrival. She could smell the aroma of recently painted walls. The house was well furnished with the presence of all the basic amenities. She sat down on the edge of the sofa, pick her phone up and called her babes up to narrate the entire journey where Babita just threatenly reminded her of her promise.

A wave of nostalgia over her mind. she remembered that she has been allowed to come here only and the condition that- 'she would never indulge herself in any ACT OF DISHONOR to the family'

Minnie begin unpacking her bags up and arranging her house. She properly arranged everything ...from the most tiny to the most giant stuff present the house. Finally she rushed towards the bed but failed to sleep due to the enthusiasm for first day in the office. She wondered how her colleagues would be and would she be able to cope up with them? These thoughts kept making her restless when suddenly a strange thought striked off her mind.

"The diary",she exclaimed.

She recollected that she has not seen it yet after leaving airport.

She quickly got up and searched for it everywhere but failed to find it.

"THE DIARY IS LOST", she exclaimed with her eyes widened.

She try to recollect where she had seen it for the last time. She remembered it was there in a hand, how she rushed into that man nd then got out of the airport.

She again made of frantic search for it failed. She was sure now that the diary has been STOLEN.

The new day approached. Sun shone brightly on her. It is Minnie's first day in the new office or in the most successful and renowned Oberoi publications and apparently Minni has to actually pay attention to what she wears. As of now she has had it in the closet all articles of clothing flying out onto the bed behind her. She pulled some simple blue jeans and threw on a simple white T-shirt along with red jacket.

She finally reached the office with camera in her hand and dreams in her crystallised eyes.

She stepped in and walked towards the reception confidently.

She was inquiring at the reception when a girl with thick wavy long black hairs in red skirt with black top approached her.

"Photoresearcher?", She asks and before Minni could answer anything she extends her hand out and introduces herself.

"Hi! I'm Preet Kaur, Photojournalist"

Minni held her hand firmly and gave her most delighted smile ever.

"Come with me", preet commanded.

Minni followed her lead.

The stood outside the cabin of Chief Executive Officer..

Minnie was least expecting this. She thought that she would be meeting some manager also but luck favoured her. Minnie was already biting her lips. Seeing her nervousness Preet knocked the door. When the knock sounded at the door, a confident deep voice came out.

"Come in", the voice commanded.

Preet went inside taking Minni along.

Minnie's dancing eyes began examining the beautifully decorated cabin.

Meanwhile, Preet introduced Minni.

"Sir, here is the new photo editor" explained Preet placing mini's appointment letter on his table. Mini could say anything but just thanked Preet for her generosity. She knew that if she would have to approach him alone she would have surely messed it all up.

The man stood up from his back chair and turned around while adjusting the buttons of his blue suit. Mini jaws lowered down and her eyes widened. She could not believe the sight in front of her. Standing before her was a devilishly handsome man whom she was not meeting for the first time surely. She recollected that he was the same man She had met the day before probably her diary thief.

Very interesting . Dairy theif is her boss now 😉 and Act of Dishonor is stressed .So there might be problems in future.

So neil is boss and probably the diary thief

Will he give back her diary or he will deny having it and later use it to know her better....very interesting
