It's not about NOT discussing them, but more like focus on the lesser discussed people. Of course every character deserves to be discussed. 😳

Oh! I get it now.

So I think we can expect threads on lesser discussed or neglected ones like Kunti, Gandhari, Satyavati etc. 👍🏼

I feel the women in MB are often neglected.

Also, it's not like we have to go all out on Dhrity and only Dhrity. We sohuld also go ahead and discuss his relations with the people around him. Wouldn't it be great to discuss both the show and text aspects of this character simultaneously?

What do you think about his dependence on Vidura? How much did he actually depend on him both as a younger brother and also as his Mahamantri?

Dhrithrashtra though he have sentiment and emotion but his sentiment and emotion always over power his duty as king

As a king he could not make right use of authority . He was unable to judgment with out any fear

When he make any judgment he look completely tense that what if duryodhan feel bad

I want character thread on her and satyavati too

I so much want to talk on her

Dhrishtra in his moh for kingdom and his sons always supported the wrong doings of their son

Always using unfair means to put pandavs in trouble

Dhrishtra knew what was going tht day was worng but still keep quiet coz of his son happiness

He is a very weak character

I'm not sure of this but Dhritarashtra surely had some little amount of personal tiff with Vidur, specially cause he had objection on his rajyabhishek🤔

I don't think he ever considered Vidur as his younger brother but he did consider his opinions as a Mahamantri and had faith in his wisdom, but nothing sustained in front of Putramoh😵

Also, since I'm seeing a lot of conflict for kings based on personal vs professional responsibilities, Dhritarashtra never did justice to the throne of Hastinapur, in his insecurity of getting the throne for his son. Future ki tension mein he entirely spoiled whatever he had in the present😆

I wonder to what more extent he could've gone for his son. Like if Duryodhan insulted Gandhari severely for some reason, would he step up to defend her? 😆

If Dhrity hadn't been blind, he'd have been automatic King being the elder son, so following him Dury would have been King, lol. No confusion would have arisen. 😉

That is, unless Yudi was still born before Dury and the Ps went ahead and asked for their right as the bhais of the eldest Kuru son.
