The episode starts with Dipin pulling Rani away for the competition. I tell you this Dipin is not right...God knows what will he do if they don't win the competition. But somewhere I feel Rani will do something. She has to...
Raja is staring at her continuously as though some other guy is taking away his girl friend and is not able to do anything. And Rani is confused on what to do.
And and she gets an idea...afterall she is our idea ka bandaar and she falls suddenly. Is it her plan? Mostly yes. But she might have even fallen thinking about the handsome Raja. And she is busy massaging her ankles when Dipin gets pissed and tries to persuade her into the competition. To add on to this tension, a new tension that completion is about to start gets announced. Dipin wants the money and unfortunately for him and fortunately for us forgets about his acting.
He shouts at Rani to get up and dance...had he really loved her he would have let gone the money to take care of Rani. I am sure he doesn't even understand love let alone loving someone. When he realises that he is spoiling his plan, he tries acting sweet and I think that was the biggest mistake he made. After seeing Rani for these many episodes I think she hates dual faced people...And now this will cost him.
I loved Rani...the spotlight of today's episode for me. When she hits him on his eyes I was like break his face that he is not capable of finding a girl for himself...And break his bones so that he is not left capable of earning money also. And her dialogue my god...dusri bhi ankh phod deti...dimag karab tha ab thik hua hai...matlab woh ladka sahi tha...Meri kamayi pe jeena...samajhta Kya hai apne aap ko.
Now, she is on track...She finally understood Raja is a good guy and he was right and she could trust him henceforth. This is the first step to their long lost relation. The first move from his side and her side as well. While he helped her, she believed in him like they know each other so much that they share a relation based on trust.
And Raja standing and observing the scene smiles to himself on seeing Rani's reaction. I love the expression he gives here. Moreover the scene has so much of significance....he is happy that he helped her first and he is even more happy to help a girl who can stand up on her own feet and bash a guy like Dipin. And this surely has impressed him....a bold girl is a must for his bold family. Apart from her boldness, it her brains he has fallen for. Beauty with Brains.
What's bothering Mr Raja? Is it that Rani is hurt on her leg or that she is hurt in her heart? I guess it is the latter one....And he is the medicine for this would. But he doesn't know this and realise this so he helps her get better with her leg by giving ice. And Rani throws it of as if she is throwing him of. But it's because she was playing. And her dialogue...Kabhi kabhi sach janne ke liye Juth ka sahara lena padta hai. I wonder what Raja felt when she the the ice...But looks like he did not mind much because he feels bad that Dipin played with her. After all he values her feelings. Sadly Rani doesn't acknowledge this and goes about telling that she is sad for not participating in the competition rather than the guy. I am happy for Rani...thank god she just considered Dipin and did not commit to him.
And Rani is angry on Shrinathji. Again one of favourite part. When she talks to shrinathji telling that he has again played with her, he tells her to trust the almighty. To me this feels like he is telling her to trust him...afterall husband is God for wife. But the way this scene progresses is so good...one side she is angry and on the other he is happy and he is trying to convince her to believe in God once more. I feel he is conveying that she has trusted him(Raja) and he wants her to in the same way trust shrinathji. This scene implies a lot, it shows that in future, if any trouble arises they will trust the Lord first and then each other but will never leave the faith on God.
I like the comparison between their faith in God and snakes and ladders. When she says he cuts me off at 99 and he says he always helps me roll 5 on 95, I am like stop being kids, soon you will have kids ( I know there is a lot of time but still) Raja says he always wins, I think this says that Raja has a very good luck ofcourse but apart from that it says that he will win in life. Only thing is that he will cross 99 and take Rani along to win life together.
One thing about Rani is she is too fast, she only asks the question and she only answers, doesn't wait for the reply also. The same happened her. She only asked if he knew to do garba and she only decided no because he did not participate. But Rani, some other reason might be there, maybe he did not find a good partner for himself like you. Maybe fate was making him wait for you to come into his life. Or maybe he knew you were the one.
Rani has realised that he is lucky and also his character is also good, he seems to be a gentlemen. I totally agree with her. I knew when she asked his name that she will get the partner changed and she did the same.
After this both pray in the temple together. Aisa hota hai na jab pehli baar ghar aao toh pati patni sath milkar pooja karte hai..Waise hi yeh dono pooja kar rahe hai. Grah pravesh aur pehli rasoi to gayi thi aur ab yeh. How much this indicates that they are made for each other. In the backdrop there is Jharna who is seeing this and feeling jealous. I think while playing the game either she fell for him or she has planned something bigger for him. I wonder why everyone is behind his life. Even when they pray they kind of pray for each other. She hopes that his faith is true while he prays that god should do a miracle and help Rani win what she wants. How concerned he is for her my god....
The dance begins. With the title track playing in background and them dancing together, I was feeling so happy. It did not even look like they were strangers who had just met he hours back. It felt like they were dance partners for ever and more than that it looked like they were husband and wife. I tell they are just made for one other...fitting like a piece of puzzle in each other's life.
And I just hate Jharna...how much more will she do. Also I want to say I had fun seeing them dance but probably they should have shot on the title song rather than some other song. It was liking a little weird in some parts where it was clear that they danced on some other song.
Also the way she was dancing with him as if she has given up everything in life and that he was her protector was good to watch. It shows the trust she had developed on him so fast. And the way he was seeing her all the while looked like he had fallen for her once again.
And my favourite, the last piece of the dance when they are smiling at each other and dancing and their chemistry wah. And when he hold her by her waist when she is about to fall is again an iconic scene. And the eye lock my god...Only breaks when announcement is being made. Overall the dance sequence was the first romantic sequence we saw with a lot of chemistry in it.
And the winners are announced. As expected RanJa win...it is obvious but I guess they were worth it. And when their name was announced I was like announce again but as Mr and Mrs Raja Reshemiya. That's dream also will come true soon. And when Rani realised that she has won, she hold on to Raja's shirt in happiness probably she could believe her own ears. But it shows that the only person who would share her happiness would be him.
Again this Jharna has to interfere with his life so much, even when he happy she has to be there to spoil everything for him. But Jharna who do good will always get good in return and now that you have sinned by breaking his heart, I am sure your life is not going to be less than hell. But my other worry is what is her plan next.
Meanwhile RanJa have gone to receive the prize and Rani is still in shock. I like it this way because it shows that Rani is not greedy for money, had she been she would snatched the envelope instead Raja forced her to take it. It shows that in future if Raja has money or not she will stand by him and lend a shoulder to him.
This scene is again one of the best scenes till date. Under the blanket of stars in the shelter of the almighty they two start their friendship. This scene was so beautiful, so genuine. I totally loved it. The whole conversation was so cute and there was no sense of greed, no doubts on each other just purity. Each and every line of the conversation and each and every expression was perfect. And I loved it. One significance is that together they can make life beautiful and worth living. Also their way of celebrating the win shows that in future even when money will not be there with them, smallest happiness in their life will get the biggest celebration like this, with each other beside each other forever.
I like the gentleman in him when he tells her that he would drop her. And when they leave, she gets hurts and even though he wants to help he finds it awkward to help. There was a small eye lock which was needed and it made impact. And the way she was feeling awkward also was well portrayed. It shows, even though they trust each other and are friends Now, there is still time to get comfortable with each other till this level. Oh my my when she says Hum aapke hai kaun I am just like just wait and watch.
The next scene again was beautiful, when he gives her the trophy and tell that the trophy goes to Rani. I am just waiting for this scene to repeat but with a dialogue like this trophy goes to Mrs Rani Reshemiya....long way to go.
Next is the serious conversation between the two sisters, this shows the difference between the two. I just love the stand Rani takes here. I totally agree with every line she says as well.
Utsav is having a fight with some goons and the minute they talk about Rani, he gets angry. I like this...It shows that even if they don't have money the family stands as a whole and not like broken piece. When her mother's tells that someone is asking for money I felt that it's one of the goons or Dipin. But thankfully it's some delivery guy. Its probably the shoes.
When Rani opens the box and tells about the shoes, I was so happy...It was so pure, the love for her mother....no adultration, nothing. The scene was worth watching. The last piece with them celebrating and playing cricket shows that even poor can dream and make their dreams true, what is needed is honestly, hard work and faith in God.
And the last scene of the episode where Utsav tells her that she couldn't have won with Raja again implies that her life is incomplete without him. All her happiness lies with Raja. And thankfully Utsav instigated and she accepted Raja's friend request and even thanked him. I am sure this is the next step in their love story.
Overall the episode was the best till date. With RanJa scenes and the family scene. I am impressed with the show and the pace it is picking up.
