Since when posting about old topics is not allowed?

As some of you know I made a thread yesterday about a pic of 2011 where SrK was smoking in some award function. Within minutes the thread was locked with the reason "its an old pic, no need to discuss now"

I find it very biased because right now there are about 4 topics on the front page which are about things which happened ages ago.

since you hurt someone's ego by answering.......... obviously people reported and then mods had to pander to those hurt egos........

seriously......that excuse given was such filmsy........ dont we discuss old movies like Silsila and Mughal-e-azam here.......... isnt Sanjay Dutt still bashed for his role during the Mumbai riots, ages back....

Says the person who gives dhamki of complaining every other political thread to cyber crime cell.😆

This is the forum jisne Sanju movie release hone se pehle Sanju ki life discuss karne wala topic lock kar diya tha ye keh ke ki Sanju ki personal life ka movie se matlab nahi hai.

Posting about old topics that previous mods have deemed against BWF rules as it is just about bashing the celeb are not allowed. For example, SRK smoking has been discussed too many times hence it was deemed as a way of bashing SRK. Salman's court cases have been discussed and bashed too many times, hence those are against the rules now.

Topics about movies, celebs in general, etc. are allowed as long as they don't bash celebs. This is the BWF and there will be criticism and even mocking, which we allow to a certain extent. But opening a topic to simply bash a celeb that has been discussed multiple times before is not allowed and hence your previous topic was locked.

In the future, if you have a concern, PM the mods. Do not open topics questioning mod actions.
