They were just pushup sit ups 😆 anyways what ever suits you just do it in whatever form doesn't matter 😳
Yoga I also do but streching and to work on specific parts they are important 😳

the workout was actually good and easy but I am not used to push ups and all. Still I'll see if I can do this workout tomorrow. I made notes today 😳
To be honest Karan's workouts sometimes scare me. Though I know he has complete knowledge of what he is doing and does it properly lekin Kahin galti se galat hogaya toh 😒
And every time I see that knee cap I feel bad for him 🥺

Side ones are difficult it will take time as it's need flexibility which we don't have naturally need to work on that .....
Push ups full merese bhi nahi hota except 5 I do half one with legs folded try that easier version then go for that 😳
