I know SH's posts are well... doesnt require logical thinking 😆 but this thing of misusing the word feminism, thinking a wife cooking for her husband is somehow anti-feminist,just because. Lol. I know a lot of people think like this irl. But feminism is the freedom of choice given to WOMEN, the same number of choices granted to women just like men. If a wife is cooking for a husband outta her own free will, has the freedom to say no, that's freedom of choice. Only if she is forced to take a role just because society demands of her, that's anti-feminist.

Also, we must stop using the word 'house wife' as an insult. Housewives literally run the world. Without then, families will fall apart in a day. They are the oil which runs the machines without which machines will rust and fall apart. The most underappreciated folks around the world. If labour around the house can be quantified, they deserve salaries far more than that of husbands and children.

If someone is a housewife by choice, that means freedom of choice exists. If someone is a housewife by force, then they must be appreciated x100 times more cause patriarchal society failed them and its not their fault. Eventually we must all move forward to a world where women get to have the choice to be whatever they want. Working woman, house wife, any damn thing. That's the meaning of feminism.

Bold: Being a housewife is not a choice. Its societal brain washing. How come 99% of men never think of becoming "house husbands" as a choice? It's because society gives that "choice" to women only. Because of that "for women, family comes first" nonsense.

Not bashing anyone, but there's nothing respectable about living off your spouse's earnings. Women in your grandmom's generation were forced to become housewives. But in today's world, it is absolutely NOT OK to become a housewife unless you're from a very backward-thinking "ghunghat wali auratein" kind of family.

Forgive my aggressive tone, but we really have to stop making women think that becoming a housewife is a "choice". That's a choice informed by regressive and patriarchal mindsets, and therefore not a real choice. If we're not teaching our sons that becoming a house husband is a respectable thing, then we have no business telling our daughters that its absolutely ok to be a housewife.

Deepika talking to anupama today, she said Ranveer tells her she doesnt have to do anything but Deepika said she gets bored and has to do something around the house

She even sprained her back cleaning and Ranveer said to her that she cant do any more stuff and she has to rest, he came to check on her after 20 minutes and she was doing the house work again 😆

So Ranveer is telling her not to do anything, its Deepika who cant sit still and do nothing, she wants to do something all the time

jokes apart.....why does feminism have to jump in everywhere......why can't people accept that wives can sometimes feed their husband's out of love.......this shit with equality is going to kill us someday...do u think Veeru is standing with a danda in his hand and ordering Deepu around...ki chal khana bana nahi to peet doonga....😳

Bechara shayad help karta bhi hoga. Lekin agar post me ye likh bhi de ki I help my wife..then people will call him a male chauvinist who makes a big deal of helping with something which is the wife's job..

but your fav makes that she is cooking for him and he is a pati parmeshwar, nobody is saying he is forcing her to cook, it's his captions which are regressive and how he is bragging that he doesn't help and wife doing everything

if he offers help, he doesn't brag that he is just sitting in sofa when she is doing cooking and mostly will not call himself pati parmeshwar

@bold : exactly, that choice.........that freedom of choosing a career or staying at home, is given only to the women..........as opposed to that, men are supposed to go out and earn............

there are many villages that forces women to not take any career........but i have seen in maharashtra and goa, many families, where in-laws are okay with the daughter in law, making either of the choice.......she can work when she wants or leave her job when she wants, and her husband has to look after her financially......and yeah, he doesn't have the luxury of leaving the job, cause he is the man and has to earn the money.......
