I know SH's posts are well... doesnt require logical thinking 😆 but this thing of misusing the word feminism, thinking a wife cooking for her husband is somehow anti-feminist,just because. Lol. I know a lot of people think like this irl. But feminism is the freedom of choice given to WOMEN, the same number of choices granted to women just like men. If a wife is cooking for a husband outta her own free will, has the freedom to say no, that's freedom of choice. Only if she is forced to take a role just because society demands of her, that's anti-feminist.

Also, we must stop using the word 'house wife' as an insult. Housewives literally run the world. Without then, families will fall apart in a day. They are the oil which runs the machines without which machines will rust and fall apart. The most underappreciated folks around the world. If labour around the house can be quantified, they deserve salaries far more than that of husbands and children.

If someone is a housewife by choice, that means freedom of choice exists. If someone is a housewife by force, then they must be appreciated x100 times more cause patriarchal society failed them and its not their fault. Eventually we must all move forward to a world where women get to have the choice to be whatever they want. Working woman, house wife, any damn thing. That's the meaning of feminism.

I didn’t use the word housewife in a negative way. Deepu can never be an actual housewife because housewives are selfless and caring.

Then why can’t he learn just like how she is learning?

I’m just saying Deepika refuses to change to last name but she wants to cook for him and be all coy and homely?

ya, cooking for husband is not anti feminist but here husband is saying he is pati parmeshwar and almost bragging that he doesn't help and making that its wife responsibility, doesn't its regressive?

Nah, You actually did 😆 You compared her behaving like ' a housewife' as something opposing to 'feminism' and 'her choice' when infact it's apparent that it's her choice to cook for her husband.
