Thanks for sharing!! Fantastic... and apt. It's even applicable if you don't want to receive a person's call, we can replace laptop with phone and it works!

Well, it came on air when Bhootu's first season ended so I used to read WU. But then I lost interest for that too. Absolute bullshit! You can say Shan Majumdar was another Aman Junaid Khan who would always insult Puchki for her class. Frankly, I have never understood that sort of LOVE so, you know.........

Okay.

What Crap? Sounds disgusting. Joke is though, you find VMs on such couples more. Also why are all MLs stereotyped...

Nushy - Thanks for the concern dear. I can't report cos such people have hundreds of followers too, and they're just gonna brush up saying, you know we can all use same scenes and all. So am just like, let it go.

That meme is cool too!!

It's actually sad. You know, sometimes I feel this idea is deeply imbedded in our subconscious that extreme passion is a sole property of someone short tempered because they feel things deeply.

As I was reading earlier posts in this forum, I came across a post where someone commented that the portrayal of DV wasn't apt because it was rather calm not dangerous and then he/she was referring to some classic where a similar idea was written and it was layered and interesting.

Now, since I haven't read it, I have no right to argue about it. But there have been classic novels where these sort of ideas were stereotyped and somehow we have formed such opinion in general. Why should it be?

Okay! I admit it. Short tempered people are more expressive. But that doesn't mean someone who is calm doesn't feel anything or doesn't have the passion.

It is indeed very sad...

Even I feel that this idea that 'extreme passion is a sole property of someone short tempered' is deeply imbedded in our subconscious mind.

As I was reading earlier posts in this forum, I came across a post where someone commented that the portrayal of DV wasn't apt because it was rather calm not dangerous and then he/she was referring to some classic where a similar idea was written and it was layered and interesting.

I remember that post... That writer had commented that the portrayal of DV wasn't apt because he was totally calm and not dangerous.

No idea about the classic as even I haven't read it...

Even I find layered characters interesting but that does not mean that every character has to be necessarily short tempered.

Agree 100%...

Short tempered people are more expressive but this does not mean that a person who is calm does not feel anything or does not have the passion...

In fact, at times I feel that calm characters can be shown to have many layers hidden beneath their calm demeanor...

Just like water; the upper surface may appear calm but no one has any idea what they would find when they go deeper... Similarly, outwardly, a person may appear calm and composed but no one could have any idea what kind of a person is hidden beneath that demeanor...

You have summed it up quite well, and totally agree.

Am totally not surprised by this view of DV being, more violent and basically bad! There's no need and they showed Ansh being violent in different situations..

But people want it that they do on a person, like abusive ML and that's called layered according to them.

Well on what you said, like everyone has emotions, but not all express them.

Also joke is people say woman empowerment, MLs must not manhandle, etc. But when you ask them their fav couples, they will have exactly these type saying an actor can express more in such scenes.. like really?! So again this is hypocrisy, like ppl love seeing an abusive ML and doormat FL but they say, there should be balance.

I stalked Yjhjk forum yesterday, few posts! Had a great laugh, hypocrisy is awesome! People over appreciate Vikram and keep bashing Atif.

Infact Atif is so straight, like ofc people say they don't want this forced track, etc but they keep seeing it, that gets trps. Atif directly said, that it's going to be love hate thing till end cos truth reveal will be done in two scenes. It's a clear indication that show has no story, so just move on instead of criticising him. Atleast he told directly.

Vikram actually sugar coats stuff, and people fall for it. Like wow!!!

Nikki - You have summed it up brilliantly. Calm people infact have more emotions, like water. Also there are so many other emotions, but people just love these alpha things.
