Yes much better - not taking any medication but I do have allergy medicine.

No just me that’s why I slept all day and had peppermint tea. Today is much much better. Moving home this week so that’s good.

Yes pollen in the air and grass which are the common triggers.

Usually self isolating is 14 days but because we were tested and my health I was told to do it for another 14 days as a precaution. Once I get a clean cheat I will be okay to move back 😊
